Denise began the practice of Qigong while studying sustainable community development, and discovering the importance of sustaining one’s own health and well-being. She began practicing in 2007 with Rebecca Pope, PhD, certified Master of Medical Qigong. Denise has wanted to share this practice since her first class, and completed her teacher training with Dr. Roger Jahnke of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi in 2011. She has been sharing tools for well-being since 2012.
